"Few things I would like you to know...  I feel very lucky doing what I love  - through my work, I get to meet with many beautiful people.  I am very blessed.

People often come and see me when they cannot find themselves when they look into the mirror...  or just having that feeling of being bogged down in their daily lives...  or simply when they don't feel beautiful anymore...

I look forward to the moment we share when the treatment is finished... as we look into the mirror as the mask is unveiled... and seeing their eyes brighten up with ajoy when  people are able to identify themselves again..."

"My intention is to be the facilitator of your journey, creating a safe environment where you can spend the time and space all to your self, a space where you can go deep inside, accessing your own healing abilities."

"And as a facilitator, I would like to see people going home with tools that they can use in their daily lives.  Often people feel the benefit not only immediately after the treatment, but throughout the week...

The body is very intellegent, and if we do listen, it allows us to trust our inner wisdom again...    it's a way to re-connect with our inner wisdom, but we are bombarded with information, we sometimes forget to listen ......  especially at difficult times, we tend to seek out for answers, but often it is within ourselves, but it is difficult to trust ourselves in those difficult times...

In our busy lives, it is easy to ignore the little signes from our body, until it manifests into unpleasant symptoms...  if we can appreciate the signals from the body as opportunities...  it may not be convenient in our already busy lives...  but often the quick fix bandaid job merely surpressing the symptoms simply creates another symptom that needs to be dealt with constantly...  but once we tap into the cause, not only it allows us to experience the shift that allows us to have a deeper understanding about our wellbeing and how to manage it, but the process can be surprisingly rewarding..."

"Zen Facial...  it's one of many ways to connect with your inner beauty through the oriental wisdom...  some say that it's like yoga and meditation through this kinesthetic experience on your face...  through the touch and through the breathe...  it's about connecting with your deep sense of self, and trusting your own resources...  a lot of information is out there...  reminding us that the true wisdom lies within each of us..."

"I hope you enjoy the process...  it's not about anaylising, or being judgemental... it's simply being fully present with ourselves, enjoyoying the awareness, and getting back to our essence...  "

"Magic and miracles do happen to us, all the time, for all of us...  and often it is a matter of having the awareness and openess to identify and appreciate it when it is happening to us..."
